Policies

Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding all shipping cost. We will not except returns on items that have been installed, used or damaged. All items must be received in the original packing material and in the original condition as it was shipped. All damaged items from shipping will be refused. There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges and all items must be sent prepaid UPS only. All returned goods sent freight collect will be refused. If item is returned damaged in any way, the cost to repair the item will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

The returned package MUST include the following:
- Original packing slip
- All items in the original condition
We will NOT accept returns or exchanges on Special Ordered items.

Shipping
All items shipping in theUS 48 states from Baseline Suspensions, Inc will ship UPS and no other freight carrier. All shipping is to be pre-paid by the buyer unless noted otherwise. UPS next day air, 2nd day air and 3-day select is only available on items that are in stock at the time of order.
